ThriveCart Bump Purchase Zap Not Triggering During Actual Transactions

My Zap using the ThriveCart Bump Purchase trigger isn’t working during an actual purchase (test or live). When I buy the bump offer, it should send the contact information to LeadConnector/GoHighLevel, but it doesn’t. I also don’t see any Zap runs when I check the history.

However, during manual testing, everything works fine. The issue only occurs when the bump offer is purchased along with the main product.

I have other Zaps for product purchases, upsells, and downsells, and they all work perfectly. The only issue is with the bump offer.

Hello, thanks for replying to this post! I was able to resolve the issue by renaming the bump offer in ThriveCart. After that, I removed and re-added the bump offer in the Configure step of the Zap’s settings, and it started working correctly.

Your Zap may not be triggering because ThriveCart might not send the bump purchase event separately when purchased with the main product. To troubleshoot, check ThriveCart's webhook settings to ensure Zapier receives the correct data, test a purchase with only the bump offer, and consider using the "New Purchase" trigger instead. If the issue persists, try capturing all purchase data using Zapier's Webhooks and filtering for bump purchases. Additionally, review Zapier Zap History and ThriveCart's documentation for further insights.
