Hello,

My Thrivecart bump offer Zap trigger doesn’t seem to be working correctly.

The Zap is supposed to go:

Thrivecart Bump offer purchase (trigger) → Invite to Podia product (using the same email address)

But for some reason, the trigger seems to have just stopped working. The front-end and upsell purchase Zaps within the same funnel are working fine, but bump Zap is not firing at all.

When I look in the history, the last successful ones were 2-3 days ago, even though there have been multiple bump purchases since then. And there are no errored ones in recent history either.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

To troubleshoot your Thrivecart and Podia integration in Zapier, ensure your Thrivecart bump offer trigger is set up correctly and test it manually to confirm it fires. Check your Zap history for errors, and try reconnecting the apps to refresh the connection.

I’ve just come across your post here and wanted to check how things are going - did you manage to get this sorted?

If not, I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team here to have this investigated. They’ll be able to dig into the logs for your Zap to see if we did receive any data from Thrivecart for the missing bump purchases but failed to trigger on it which would indicate that there’s a likley a bug with that Bump Purchase trigger. And if we didn’t receive any data then it could be that there’s an issue on Thrivecart’s end where webhooks aren’t being sent. 

If it’s the latter it may be worth turning the Zap off and back on again to see if that helps to refresh the connection with Thrivecart and get the Zap triggering again.
