I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with your Thinkific to Clientify integration. To help troubleshoot, please share more details—like any error messages and where the Zap is failing. In the meantime, check that your Thinkific trigger and Clientify action are set up and tested correctly, and try reconnecting your accounts to Zapier. Let me know if the problem persists.

If it’s still not triggering perhaps there’s an issue with the plan or permissions for the connected Thinkific account? 🤔

Can you confirm if your account is on Thinkific’s Grow plan or higher? And can you confirm whether’s its also got Site Admin access? If it doesn’t, can you upgrade the account and/or alter it’s permissions, then reconnect the account to the Zap to see if that then allows the Zap to trigger for new leads.
