Question

The Zap isn't forwarding the Chatbase prompt back to Facebook Messenger.

I try to integrate an AI Bot in Chatbase with Facebook Messenger. The Trigger Test works well and I handover the Prompt and the Conversation ID, see Screenshot:

 

 

 

and when I test the Trigger, everything looks fine:

 

 

But whn I send the message from Facebook Messenger, I did not receive a Response in Messenger. The Zap History say it send the data and receive a response but Zapier did not forward the Message as Response. Seeing here:

 

 


Did I have a wrong thought how this should work?  It would not make sense to send a 

I  looked if I have to add somethink like setup another Trigger that receive a message from chatbox and send it to facebook messenger, but I did not find a trigger like that.

Hi there @terra3110,

To confirm, do you want to send the prompt from Chatbase back to Messenger? If so, you would need an additional step which is the “Send Message from Page” action.
