Looks pretty straight forward, but it doesn’t seem to be pulling data from The Value Builder System.  It will populate the John Doe contact in GoHighLevel when tested, but when an actual new customer is created...it does not crate a new contact in GHL.

Hi @tonymillerla

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode.

Hi @tonymillerla

The example record returned from Step 1 has dummy data.

After you tested Zap step 2, it returned an ID, which you can use to locate the Contact in GHL.

Try turning your Zap ON and testing live.

Then check your Zap Runs history for activity/error and to see the details of the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

If you still need more help, post screenshots from your Zap Runs.

Thank you Troy!

We are LIVE when testing...the dummy test will show up in GoHighLevel

But the Zap itself doesn’t seem to work when we actually add a new contact to The Value Builder crm.

We are showing zero zaps in the history.

TBS unable to solve.  There are waiting for me to be able to afford to pay for a higher level of Zapier support :/

Hi @tonymillerla,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

It looks like your Zap is not triggering. Could you please try these troubleshooting steps for me:

  1. Turn off the Zap.
  2. Reconnect your The Value Builder System™️ account here: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  3. Turn on the Zap.
  4. Trigger the Zap while it’s live by creating a new contact in your The Value Builder System™️ app.
  5. Check the Zap history to see if the Zap triggered.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
