I have the Ninja Forms Zapier Plugin installed and need to transfer the informations from ninja forms via zapier to our CRM (outplay) my old zaps are working fine, a new created zap does not work anymore, the zap can not read out the information. The test trigger does work, but I have no field to add.
Only one 1.TODO ist available, no name, no email ….
Help would be very appreciated.

Hey Niko,
Frank here, happy to help! Is the form you are using one that has been published and has a recent new submission? Sometimes - Zapier has trouble pulling form data with no fresh test data

If still nothing - go ahead and turn your Zap on and run it live, that way you can see if it’s an editor/sample problem OR if Ninjaforms is truly sending blank forms even when things are running.
