The product that I manually entered on WooCommerce does not show up on Loomly

I have been trying to create a zap between woocommerce and loomly. The test runs fine but any product manually entered on woocommerce does not show up on loomly, Can i know how i can make this zap work?

 Hi @zapque!

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your Zap. The first thing that I’d recommend is taking a look at this help guide: Zap isn’t being triggered

If you’ve been through those and the Zap still isn’t working, the best thing to do is to contact the Zapier support team as they can take a closer look at the logs of the Zap to see if there’s anything there that explains the issue. You can contact support using the Get Help form.
