Sorry to hear that Copilot isn’t responding. I can see that you also reached out to our Support team about this and they replied with some troubleshooting steps to try. I couldn’t see a reply from you on that Support ticket so I’m not sure whether you’ve seen their email. If you can’t see their reply in your email inbox, I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it’s been misplaced.
That said, I wanted to share the troubleshooting steps they suggested here in case these are helpful to you or anyone else that coming across this in the future:
1. Refresh the Page: Sometimes, simply refreshing the page can re-establish the connection to the co-pilot.
2. Clear Cache and Cookies: This can resolve any stored data issues that might be affecting the page.
3. Try a Different Browser: Occasionally, browser-specific issues can cause problems. Check if the co-pilot works in a different browser.
4. Update Your Browser: Ensure that your browser is up to date as this can affect functionality.
5. Check Internet Connection: Make sure your internet connection is stable.
