Question

The app returned "Undefined array key "EXPIRATION_DATE"". on Jotform->SimpleCert

I have a simple Jot form with about 8 fields that when a new submission is made a cert is generated with SimpleCert.  The 2 step Zap has been running for months now without issue and with no changes on my end the certs stopped being generated automatically.  This is now the error that is being thrown:
The app returned "Undefined array key "EXPIRATION_DATE"".

 

SimpleCert plugin does not have a field for this and it does not display anywhere.  Anyone else experience this issue?
