Testing Zaps vs Live Zaps

Hi everyone,

 

Has anyone experienced a zap successfully working when you test it out but when you publish it and it goes live it doesn’t work?  I’m trying to move a job in our pipeline on JobTread from one phase to another when a document in created.  In this case, when we create an estimate document in JobTread I would like the job itself to move from our lead phase to our estimate phase in JobTread.  When I test it out it works just fine but when I publish it and it goes live, it get’s stuck in the filter every time.  I haven’t encountered this in any of my other zaps so curious if anyone else has experienced this.

 

Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

I actually just updated that zap to match my other ones that successfully work.  I don’t think I was thinking about that particular one correctly at first.  Hopefully that will correct my issue with that particular zap, but my main concern or question that is still baffling me is why it would work when I tested it but it would fail when I would publish it?  That still puzzles me.

We would need to have more definitive context for us to evaluate and advise about your claimed issue.
