Hello!
My Zap starts with the “ a new email” Microsoft Outlook trigger and then continues with the Zapier “only continue” Trigger - here it is ehwn the subject starts with specific characters.
So far so good
the the formatter comes into place, changing from html to text.
last step is “create a card” in Trello with this formatted text.
The test works fine, bit when i test it in real business the trello card is not created.
can you help me?

thanks, the reason was “time”. it takes some time, i did not expect this, that it takes some minutes to run, probably not used to in our fast paced world..so it works
