Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Teachable “course completed” zap trigger. For some reason it only pulls the same record, which is not the one that I need to configure the rest of my steps. I’ve already looked at the suggested help articles and can’t find a fix. Anyone else experienced this and found a way to fix it?

I just checked and saw this has come up in the past and feature request was opened to have Teachable’s triggers to provide real data for testing:
It’s not been implemented yet so I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request to help increase it’s priority. While we can’t guarantee if or when this will be added, we’ll be sure to notify you via email if it becomes available. 🙂
In the meantime, if the fields on the Teachable test record are correct but their values don’t match what you need you can make a copy of the test record and edit it as Troy suggested.
If the fields in the test record aren’t correct or some are missing then there’s a couple of different workarounds you could try:

Some Zap apps only return a dummy example record so that you can configure your Zap action steps.
