Synthflow variables

Hello. Since this morning, the variables no longer work with Synthflow. First there was a problem with the ID, which now seems to be working, but since then the variables no longer pass. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks a lot

Hi @Bast 

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode so we can see the field mappings and also include any encountered errors.

Here's the capture. 
The problem is related to variables that are not transmitted to Synthflow. The problem occurred this morning.

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Issue may be from Zap step 1 not returning those values.

You may need to add a Filter step after Zap step 1: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Zap step 2 API request logs show the custom variables as populated.

I’d try reaching out to Synthflow Support for help with their Zap app integration and app behavior for troubleshooting.

It would be great to have a solution. I have been trying to contact them for several days about this problem without success.

Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform, so issues with an app in a Zap step often falls to the app developer to address or help you troubleshoot.

Hello. We have the same problem but nobody is answering at Synthflow. I hope they will find a solution.
