I've noticed that a lot of leads that are generated and nurtured by Zurple are added to my Chime early, before they're ready to be contacted. Though this does not hinder their progress on Zurple (and its AI contacting system), it does impact when I'm aware of their readiness and then I lose track of the lead because it is added to my CRM so early. I was curious if it’d be possible to tweak the integration to make it so leads only go into chime when they are ready to be contacted.
