I’m trying to create a Zap that when an order is created in Shopify, the order total is added to the “total order amount” column per item (company). I have a column in Monday.com that includes each company’s Shopify company ID, which is what I’m trying to have Zapier connect to but I’m having trouble with it syncing.

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zaps steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible, along with details about what fields you are having issues with configuring.

Field: Item ID
Value: you need to map the Monday Item ID found from Zap step 2 by clicking the [...] button to change to “Custom” mode.
