I currently have a zap when a quote or a job is created in simPRO, I want to create an opportunity (LeadConnector) in a selected pipeline (achieved) but what I can’t manage to get to work is when the opportunity is added to the pipeline I need it to match the status in simPRO (e.g. Job Scheduled, Job Complete). So what I have done is create the pipeline stages to match (exactly) to the status in simPRO but still unable to get it to work. Obviously the second part of this is to update the opportunity based on status so it mimics the status in simPRO.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Zap. Ensure the status field from simPRO is correctly mapped when creating or updating the LeadConnector opportunity. If that's set up correctly, a delay in simPRO's data updates might be the issue. Consider adding a delay step to your Zap. If problems persist, sharing screenshots of your setup will help diagnose the issue more accurately.
