Last night when our system went to run one of our zaps to Sumoquote, it flagged an error, it has since not been able to be reconnected to the “expired” sumoquote account despite trying from multiple spots.
Hi
Tip to try to reconnect the app account:
It may be related to your SumoQuote plan, so you may have to work with SumoQuote Support for help with their Zap app integration.

Hey,
I’m having the same issue. I am on the Heavy Plan though so it should work.
Try reaching out to SumoQuote Support for help with their Zap app integration.
I am on the Heavy Plan and I’m also experiencing this connection loop issue
The inspect console is showing these errors:

The auth POST request is also being sent to this url that has test at the end

Hi folks
Sorry to hear you’re all running into issues with your SumoQuote Zaps,
Thanks so much for everyone’s patience while this is being worked on. If there’s anything we can else help with in the meantime do let us know.
Thanks! It’s helpful to know someone is at least aware of the issue. I have opened a support ticket with SumoQuote as well so hopefully it is resolved quickly. Cheers
You’re very welcome,
We are experiencing this issue too. Constantly have to reconnect and cannot publish zap.

Thanks for letting us know,
This usually happens when the SumoQuote session token expires and the app keeps trying to reconnect without success. To fix it:
-
Log out completely of SumoQuote (close all tabs if it’s open in multiple windows).
-
Clear your browser cache and cookies.
-
Restart your browser and log in again from the main SumoQuote URL.
-
If you’re using a shortcut or bookmark, make sure it’s not linking to an expired session.
If you need further assistance you can reach at Easy Aiz its world class recommended Zapier automation expert.
Has this ever been fixed? When I try to turn my zaps back on, it says:
“Unable to turn on "<<Zap name>>"
The app returned "Forbidden"”
Thanks for checking on this,
The bug report is still open, but I can see it’s been noted there that the authentication errors for SumoQuote seem to have stopped. We’re still waiting on confirmation from SumoQuote’s developers that it’s been fully fixed on their side before we can mark it as resolved.
That “Forbidden” error you’re seeing doesn’t mention SumoQuote specifically. Are the affected Zaps all using SumoQuote, or are you seeing it pop up on other Zaps too?
