Last night when our system went to run one of our zaps to Sumoquote, it flagged an error, it has since not been able to be reconnected to the “expired” sumoquote account despite trying from multiple spots.

It may be related to your SumoQuote plan, so you may have to work with SumoQuote Support for help with their Zap app integration.

I’m having the same issue.  I am on the Heavy Plan though so it should work.

I am on the Heavy Plan and I’m also experiencing this connection loop issue
 

The inspect console is showing these errors:
 

 


The auth POST request is also being sent to this url that has test at the end

Sorry to hear you’re all running into issues with your SumoQuote Zaps, ​@Lavra, ​@TallPinesDrywall and ​@Integrations - Spartan Home. I did some digging and can see we recently opened a bug report for this issue with the SumoQuote app, so I’ve added you all to the list of folks being affected by this. I can’t make any promises as to when the developers of the SumoQuote app will be able to fix this by but we’ll send you all an email notification as soon as they do.

Thanks! It’s helpful to know someone is at least aware of the issue.  I have opened a support ticket with SumoQuote as well so hopefully it is resolved quickly.  Cheers

We are experiencing this issue too. Constantly have to reconnect and cannot publish zap. ​@SamB can you add me on the list to be notified as well?
