I am fairly new to Zapier so please bear with me.
I get an order from WooCommerce that I need to evaluate before passing it on to Bitrix24.
Right at the start I want to check whether the customer already exists in Bitrix24, if not create the customer contact. For that I created a subzap as I feel I might need that part again later.
So I feed the relevant info into the subzap (no worries, Testdata)
and pick it up in the subzap and check Bitrix24 for existence of the emailaddress as that is pretty unique
So I look for the contact, I’ll allow for a response time with the delay for and then split into “Yay, found it” (left) and “Yay, create it!” (right).
Looking at the history, I can see that the record is found.
but the return is empty
Testing works fine and I just don’t understand why the result with the ID is not passed back.
Maybe someone has an idea.
