I am trying to set up an abandon cart trigger with Subbly to Mailerlite using Zapier, i believe i have done this correctly as the test button in Zapier confirmed it. However i have had other people test this by leaving items in the cart and no information is being collected. Can anyone help ?

Subbly does not have a Zap app integration yet.
