Subbly to Mailerlite Zap not capturing abandoned carts .

I am trying to set up an abandon cart trigger with Subbly to Mailerlite using Zapier, i believe i have done this correctly as the test button in Zapier confirmed it. However i have had other people test this by leaving items in the cart and no information is being collected. Can anyone help ?

Good question.

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured to give us more context?

Subbly does not have a Zap app integration yet.

Most Zap apps are created and managed by the app developer (not by Zapier) using the Zapier Developer Platform.

If the Zap trigger is not firing, then you may have to reach out to Subbly Support for assistance with their Zap app.
