Struggling with Automation Execution – Any Advice?

Hey everyone,

I’ve been experimenting with different automation workflows using Zapier, but I’ve run into an issue that I can’t seem to figure out. Some of my Zaps involve pulling in data from multiple sources, and while they work fine most of the time, I occasionally run into execution delays or incomplete actions—especially when dealing with bulk tasks.

I’ve tried adjusting trigger settings, optimizing my steps, and even breaking larger workflows into smaller ones, but I’m still facing inconsistencies. Has anyone found a reliable way to ensure smooth execution, particularly when handling multiple API calls?

I recently came across delta executor.com tool, which claims to help with automation and execution efficiency. Has anyone here used something similar alongside Zapier? Would love to hear any thoughts or best practices!

That really depends on the apps being used in the Zap steps and how the Zap steps are outlined and configured.

We would need more context to be able to evaluate and advise. (screenshots)
