I have a zap that is supposed take info from a contact form on our squarespace site and then send that info to our sales managers. It tests fine and sends exactly what it is supposed to, to exactly it is supposed to. However, the trigger of a new form submission does not trigger when anyone fills out the form. I have a different zap that uses the same trigger to send the potential customer an email that we got their submission and it works perfectly every time.
