I’m using Sprout Studio and want a zap to trigger for all new shoots, regardless of which user created the shoot (a Sprout Studio account can have multiple users, with their own login credentials). Current behaviour is that if the zap uses my Sprout login credentials for the connection, it only triggers when I create a shoot, not when other users do the same. Is there any way for the connection to cover multiple users?

Hi @LaurenC,

Welcome to the Community.

Sprout Studio's API might limit data visibility to the authenticated user, affecting Zapier's functionality. Potential solutions include using an admin account to see all shoots, creating a shared account for all users, or setting up multiple Zaps for individual users. If these options don't work, it is recommended that you contact Sprout Studio's support team for assistance.

Hi @JammerS thanks very much for your reply.

The only option we have currently is multiple Zaps for individual users. I’ll reach out again to Sprout Studio as well to see if there are any anticipated changes to their API that would remove the need for this workaround.

Thanks again.

Hi @LaurenC,

Please keep us posted on this one so we can troubleshoot further. Thank you.

Hi @JammerS

The Sprout team have confirmed that it is only authenticated user data that is available to Zapier, and there’s no admin account functionality which has visibility of all. No current plans to change this. Your third solution remains as the only viable one - adding a connection for each user and duplicating zaps.

Thanks again for your help.

Hi @LaurenC,

Thank you for looping back with an update here. Additionally, a huge thanks to Jammer for giving you a workaround regarding this one.
