Created a Facebook leads to GHL with a sparkpost notification in there. I’ve used this in other accounts plenty of time and had zero issues. Now when i get my test notification form, the name does not appear. I tried fullname and raw full name. It does not show up. I even added name to subject and nothing..

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

If you’re still stuck, can you share screenshots of your Zap setup as Troy suggested, that’ll help us to spot what’s going wrong. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
