Some RD Station leads are not getting sent to LearnWorlds.

Hello again. I’m facing new problems.

 




This is interrupting the enrollment in Learnworlds for some leads, not all.
 

How can I correct this?

    Hi @Agroadvance,

    I have split your reply to a new topic since your initial question on the previous topic has been solved. I hope you don’t mind!

    It looks like some of the leads are getting filtered since the “Event Identifier (Bioinsumos - Pacote - Survey)” did not match the condition you’ve typed, which is “gestao-no-agronegocio”

    You mentioned on the previous topic that you want to do this:

    I need to send to LW just the leads that converted in a specific event (gestao-no-agronegocio)
