The process is that a user signs up for a retreat in Gravity forms. Each month has a retreat, so the user selects the retreat they are interested in.

The submission of the gravity form triggers the Zap.  Now I have two Zaps as I am using paths and you can only have 10 paths per Zap.

So Zap 1 has January - October
Zap 2 has November and December.

I signed up for an April date in Gravity forms which triggers the Zap, Zap 1 runs and picks the correct path - and the correct tag gets applied in Infusionsoft.

Where it goes wrong is instead of Zap 2 being ran and no action, it selects November as a match then applies the November tag.  The results is clearly incorrect. See attached video:

I imagine this is something simple that I am completely missing because I have looked at it too long.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @tina_walker

You need to adjust your Filter conditions.

Set a static value on the right side.

Currently the left side is comparing to itself on the right side, which will always evaluate to TRUE and thus resulting in the Zap Run continuing after the Filter step.

Hi @tina_walker,

Have you tried Troy’s suggestion by typing a static value on the right side of the Filter step field?

You can learn more about Filter by Zapier here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276332557-Add-conditions-to-Zaps-with-filters

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
