Snowflake data being sent to Slack is missing

I have the same problem
my data in is empty 
but data out have data that i sent from my api trigger but still slack message is empty

Hope you don’t mind but I moved your message on that old thread out into a brand new topic so it can be addressed separately.

You mentioned that the data out section has the data but it’s not being used in the Slack message. So it sounds like perhaps the field selected in the Slack action might not be the correct one. Do you think that might be the case?

Us folks in the Community aren’t able to see into your Zaps so to help us better determine if that is the case can you please share some screenshots showing the following:

  • A recent example in the Zap history of the Data Out for the Snowflake action that contains the data which should be added to the Slack message.
  • A screenshot showing the configuration of the Slack message action in the Zap?  

 

Remember to remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing.
