Slack Messages appearing as blank when I'm running it on an hourly basis but appears when I'm testing

Hi there, 

 

I’m looking to have automated messaging on Slack from some of our data tables. The message appears when I’m testing the data, but when I run it automatically on an hourly basis, the message appears as blank. 

 

Here is my slack automation

Before we dive deeper, could you please send a screenshot of the Zap run that shows the “DATA IN” and “DATA OUT” section of the Zap run in your Zap history?

Do you mean showing the details in the snowflake or text in formatter? I can’t send the SQL without including personal info

Hi @pandemic_p ,

It seems like when data isn’t coming out from Snowflake, Slack message will be blank. 

Do you know why data isn’t coming out from Snowflake?

If there is no rows returned from Snowflake, you may want to add a Filter step to prevent the Slack Channel Message from being sent.
