SMSAPI Error: "Not allowed to send messages with link"

Hi,

 

I’m using Zapier/Smsapi/Smartsheet integration and it doesn’t work because my sms contains link.

 

However I’m sure that smsapi app allows links in their messages. 

 

Please, help
