I've connected my SMSAPI account (the account is live and working), but i'll get the message that i have to reconnect (but it doesn't work. In the Zap i'll get this message. How can i fix it?

I’m sorry that you’re having trouble using the SMSAPI app in your Zap. I can’t find any known errors with the app, so the best thing to do is to get in touch with our Support Team as they will be able to take a closer look at your Zap and any error logs with you. You can contact them using the Get Help form
