Slack Message Text and Raw not showing all data

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the message that is being formatted incorrectly. This will help me take a closer look at the issue that you’re encountering.

Were you able to get this sorted? If so, would you be up for sharing details of what the solution was? This would be super useful to folks running into similar issues with the full Slack message not coming through. 

If not, feel free to send over some screenshots as Ken mentioned (you can use a tool like Zappy for that) and we’ll be happy to assist further. Looking forward to hearing from you! 🙂 

We were not able to get it working, looks as though the zap integration was not working properly with bot messages from apps.  We’ve gone another route for a solution for the time being. 

Thank you for looping back with an update here ​@Centripetal. I’d also recommend reporting this issue to our Support Team so that they can look closer at the issue since they have the correct tools to do those tasks.
