Try using a different data point that’s available for the Contact ID that doesn’t have the timestamp:
@Batu were you able to get things sorted out here? It looks like the issue is the data that you have mapped into the “Contact ID” field in step 4 of your action. If you’re still running into trouble, sending over a screenshot of how you have that field configured in your Zap would be the next best step. Let us know!
Hey @Batu! Just wanted to check in and see if you were able to use a different data point for the Comtact ID as Troy had stated and if you were able to get your zap up and running?
