Trying out the Bland AI and Zapier integrations. I guess all of this in new so not much content on it yet.

Issue: Unable to send a Call.

Error: The app returned "Banned phrase detected: scam”

Instance: Failing during test stage

Steps done:

  1. Tested the authentication, its working fine.
  2. Removed scammy looking words from the prompts
  3. Used a standard ZAP template.

Hi @RPSingh18

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode along with the encountered error.

Hey Troy,

I got the answer from Zapper Support Team, apparently I was using a dynamic variable that ended with the letter (Diabetes) “s”, and then without space I was using the word “camp”. The Bland AI read it as “scam” as a part of the combined word “Diabetescamp” and threw an error.
