Send direct Message in Slack suddenly fails

I send out a direct message in slack based on the username. I use the “Find user by name” a step before to determine the correct username. This worked the last weeks without any problem. As of today I suddenly get an error:

Error from Slack: channel_not_found

The user does exist and I am the admin of Slack.

As I said, this worked before but now - without any changes - doesn’t anymore.

Hi @Lanzelot_pulpmedia

For us to have more context, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • the encountered error on the Zap step

Thank you for the quick reply. Here are the screenshots.

Thank you so much! I’m just curious, why has it worked before?
