"Search mention" tweet action not working with my search pattern

Hello all, I need some help in troubleshooting my zap. Here’s some info on it:

App: Twitter

Trigger Event: Search Mention

Twitter Account: (my own account)

Search term: from:@moroastray exclude:replies exclude:retweets

And when I test my trigger in the next step, it says

“We couldn’t find a mention

Create a new mention in your  Twitter MoroAstray account and test your trigger again.”

This should normally work because when I copy paste the exact same search term, it gives various results. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, any help is appreciated.

Edit: side question, I know there’s a limit of 1000 tasks per month on a free account, but is there a limit on how many zaps active you can have at the same time?

Hi @Moro Astray,

If your search term is accurate then keep the zap running and then make a tweet that meets the search term. As I see it, use your Twitter handle in the place of moroastray for now then test it by making a tweet.

FYI, free accounts can only have 1 trigger and 1 action, so a total of 2 apps in a single zap.
