I am running into an issue with my Seamless AI zaps turning off automatically without any error details in the zap history. I have confirmed my connection and account details for Seamless AI and for Monday.com the platform I am pulling data into. When conducting the connection test I am not getting any errors.

Please provide any help with this issue, since I do not have much to go off of to help resolve this.

Check your Zap > Change History tab for clues as to why the Zap is being turned OFF.

Do you have a Zapier paid plan? (yes/no)

How many steps are in the Zap? (#)

As mentioned in my original post, I do not have anything listed under history. 

I have a paid Zapier plan and the zap only has two steps integrate a new contact from Seamless AI to a monday.com board. From looking around it seems other users are experiencing issues with Seamless, since all my other zaps are working correctly except for the two using seamless I am guessing this might be the cause of my issue. (

You’re right, it looks like you’re running into the same issue that’s mentioned on that other community topic you referenced. While we don’t have a timeline for when the Seamless AI app developers will implement a fix, I’ve added you to the list of folks affected by this so definitely we’ll keep you posted via email.
