Is there a timeline from Seamless.AI on this?

I looked into it, and I can see that our Support team has added you to a new bug report related to Zaps being turned off due to a similar ‘General Error’. Since your issue is slightly different from the one being discussed in the other community topic, I’ve moved your reply to a new topic. That way, others experiencing the same issue can join the discussion here and be added to the list of affected users.

We don’t have a timeline for when the Seamless AI team will resolve this, but we’ll be sure to notify you via email as soon as there’s an update. I know this isn’t the ideal news, and I’m sorry I don’t have an immediate solution or workaround to share right now. I’ll be sure to share any updates or workarounds I come across here. If there’s anything else I can help with in the meantime, do let me know.
