Scrape-it.Cloud error: Authentication failed, the app returned "E_ROUTE_NOT_FOUND: Cannot GET:/user/me"

Hi there,

I received this error when connecting my Scrape-It.Cloud account with Zapier. The error appears after I entered the API key. It was okay before until my account was deemed expired and requiring me to reconnect the account. But this time, it doesn’t work.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I’m so sorry for the trouble authenticating your Scrape-It.Cloud account with Zapier. Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try deleting your Scrape-It.Cloud account (if there are multiple connected accounts delete them as well), and try creating a new one.

Hi @ken.a, I tried your method and it do the wonder.

I just deleted my Scrape-It.Cloud account via https://zapier.com/app/connections and reconnect it again in the Zap. The issue no longer continue to exist.
