I’m using Schedule by Zapier as my trigger, set to fire at 7:30am. Which was working fine:

We’re in the UK and the clocks went forward last week for British Summer Time. This now fires at 8:30am. I’ve checked the timezone settings in my account:

I can’t find anything else to change

Hi @otherpaulsmith

If the issue persists, then you may need to manually adjust the time in the Zap trigger step to account for the daylight change in the time zone.

Hey @otherpaulsmith, just checking in—is the Zap still to triggering at the incorrect time or did you adjust the trigger time as Troy suggested?

Let us know if you still need any help! 🙂

It was still triggering incorrectly so I had to manually adjust it - which obviously isn’t ideal as I’ll have to change them all back again in October

Thanks for letting me know, @otherpaulsmith—and sorry for the delay in my reply here!

In that case it might be better to change the timezone to one that’s not going to be affected by daylight savings time so that you don’t have to adjust it again in October. For example the timezone GMT+00:00 Africa/Abidjan should run at a fixed time year-round, and not be affected by daylight saving time. You’d then also need to change the trigger time back to 7:30am to set it to run at the desired time.

Can you give that a try and let us know if that works as hoped?
