Salesforce ZAP Issue

Got the following message when pushing zaps into salesforce:  

 

Could not create record of the "Lead" object: We can't save this record because the “New Lead Queue Notification - ppc only” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. recipientIds must be active to receive a notification Error ID: 73221959

 

How do we correct?

That seems to be an error from Salesforce indicating there are some rules configured in Salesforce that are preventing the Salesforce Lead record from being created via the Zap.

Ensure that all the user IDs or group IDs specified in the recipientIds field for the notification process are active. This means checking that the users or groups intended to receive notifications are currently active in Salesforce. If any of these recipients are inactive, the process will fail.

If the process sends notifications to a group or queue, ensure that all members are active users.

Update the group or queue to remove any inactive users, or adjust the process to filter out inactive members when sending notifications.
