Run Agent Behavior step delayed/stuck

It’s been stuck at this step for 30 minutes. Anyone else experiencing this issue with agents in Zaps?

Yes, thanks. I didn’t realize that the chatbot within the agent would provide feedback. That said, the agent action itself should not show as ‘delayed’ or ‘waiting’. It should say something the lines of ‘Completed, No Action’ etc.

I see you also reached out to our Support team who were able to identify that the Agent was stopping because the task it was given didn't include the word 'Approved'. It also seems that you were able to troubleshoot other Zap runs that were stuck by reviewing the run behavior in the Agent’s chat history. Did that allow you to prevent the delays going forward? If so, would you mind sharing what the fix was exactly—this could be really useful to others running into the same issues with their Zapier Agents. 🙏
