New to Zapier. Creating a zap that takes a recorded call/transcript from RingSense and email it to my outlook inbox. I successfully completed that action. The second action is to use the same trigger and send the recording/summary to a practice panther client matter page. The test is pulling a call log that shows sample “John Doe” calls and the test is failing, in essence saying that the matter does not exist. I have tried to pull new logs/calls from the history, but I am up to J and it is still just pulling a sample call with John Doe. I am stuck. I have called RingCentral and they gave me a support ticket and hopes that I will get a call back in 24-48hrs. Any help to be offered her? Thanks in advance.
