Gostaria de solicitar o cancelamento da minha assinatura paga e o reembolso referente aos meses pagos, pois não consegui utilizar o plano como era proposto.

You’d need to cancel the plan from within your account, by downgrading to the Free plan. You can find instructions on how to do that here: Upgrade, downgrade or cancel your Zapier plan. And you can learn more about Zapier’s refund policy here: Zapier refund policy.
