This action works fine but the email shows up on the inbox as separate email. Is there a reason why it happens or is this something that cannot be stopped. I attached an example below. Thanks!

That’s odd. Can you share a screenshot showing what fields and settings have been selected in the Action section of that Reply to Email action in your Zap? As ever, please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from your screenshots before sharing.
I’d like to take a look at the setup to see if there’s anything going on there that might be preventing it from being added into the existing message thread.
