RepairDesk unable to pull invices as error message

I am having issues retrieving RepairDesk invoices through Zapier. Even when the setup is validated, I get an error 

“Unable to pull invices

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: Bargle! There was a problem with the data returned from this step! Please contact support. “

Can someone let me know how I can get this going!

Thank you for replying. Well I did follow all the steps accurately and was able to successfully connect my repairdesk account. Unfortunately, I get the error shared above in the post when I try to test the trigger.

Do you have a RepairDesk Enterprise plan as indicated by the help links or added as an Add-On?
