Record not found when using the AutoTask Find Resouce

When using the AutoTask Find Resource it comes back with an error. The Resource ID id exists as I have used Postman to validate the ID and it returns the correct record. I am not sure what I am doing wrong:
 

When I run the test I get the following.

any help is appreciated.

Can you post a screenshot of the Zap trigger step you are using?

Make sure there are no extra spaces before/after the mapped variable.

Can you post a screenshot from Autotask that shows the same Resource ID?

HI Troy, here is the flow, the trigger is a simple on Ticket creation:
 

The find contract works fine. Using Postman here is the record in AutoTask:
