Receiving a "Failed to create a create subscriber in Manychat" Error

We created a “Create Subscriber” event in a “Manychat” step of a Zap. When testing it, we receive this message: “

Failed to create a create subscriber in Manychat

Error from halted execution: Permission denied to import phone. Please contact support to enable this feature”

What do we need to do to get past that?
