Hello, I’m working on setting up an automation where if an e-mail is received at an address, create an issue in Jira with the subject + body of the e-mail in it. I am also wanting to attach any attachments the ticket. So I did add an attachment in Jira. However, any dynamic field that I pick (attachments, files, etc) it will not attach the original file. Any ideas on how to get this to work?
