I am unable to receive real data (in Test Your Triggers) from Razorpay while selecting a trigger for "Payment Link Paid" but getting data while selecting the rest of the options {"Payment Page Paid, Invoice Paid, and all others..."}

Try this...
After configuring the Zap trigger step, test the Razorpay event in Razorpay to see if that sends data to the Zap trigger step so you can configure the Zap actions.
